FCC Direct Video Calling Forum

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) conducted a forum on Direct Video Calling (DVC), a technological solution for deaf and hard of hearing consumers to connect with businesses or organizations directly in American Sign Language (ASL) without the use of third-party relay services.
