Austin, TX – [October 24, 2025 at 2:27 PM Eastern Time] – Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD) announced the appointment of Lori Breslow to its Board of Directors. This appointment strengthens CSD’s mission to create opportunities and expand accessibility for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people. 

A seasoned leader, Lori brings over 30 years of experience in human services, program management, budgets, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has supervised large teams, built partnerships with local, state, and national organizations and government agencies, and directed programs in education, professional development, health, and advocacy. She has also worked with youth programs and a wide range of community stakeholders, showing a long-standing commitment to equality and accessibility. Her knowledge in legislative practices, strategic planning, and contract management positions her to make a meaningful impact at CSD.
