Bobby Siebert

Bobby Siebert is the Chief Administrative Officer of CSD, leading the organization's planning, compliance, technology, and creative teams. He first joined CSD in 2015 and has held multiple leadership roles over more than a decade, including Contracts and Compliance Director and Vice President of Contracts and Compliance. He is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and was honored with the CSD Founder's Award during the organization's 50th anniversary gala in 2025. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration from Gallaudet University and co-authored the New York Times bestselling memoir "Deaf Utopia: A Memoir and a Love Letter to a Way of Life" with Nyle DiMarco. He lives in Maryland with his wife and three sons.
