Brendan Gramer is a UX Design Manager at Amazon, with 16 years of experience on the Payments team. He is a passionate advocate for accessible design and Deaf representation in diversity and inclusion initiatives. Brendan has led Amazon’s Design Tools & Resources Working Group and served as Global President of the AmazonPwD affinity group. Brendan holds volunteer leadership roles with the Hearing Loss Advisory Council, Deaf Kids Code, and more. He lives in Seattle with his Deaf wife and sons.
