Chris Soukup

Chris Soukup is the Chief Executive Officer of CSD and, for more than a decade, has led the organization’s transformation and global initiatives. These endeavors include implementing a virtualized infrastructure, developing a disruptive sign language interpreting platform, launching a social impact investment fund for deaf entrepreneurs, creating a new community foundation designed to strengthen other deaf-centric non-profits, and introducing a constellation of programs centered on advancing employment opportunities within deaf and disabled communities. He has been a long-time advocate and has contributed to key government and legislative efforts focused on communication accessibility and inclusion. Chris works extensively with national media and has been featured in The New York Times, The Harvard Business Review, and Forbes.
