Nancy Soyring joined CSD as a receptionist and has grown into her current role as Vice President of Operations, CSD Contact Centers. She holds a Call Center Operations Manager certification from the Call Center Industry Advisory Council (CIAC), earned in 2006 and renewed in 2009, and a degree from Interstate Business College. Nancy is deeply involved in her community through foster and respite care, and has given over nine gallons of blood through the United Blood Service. She was honored as YWCA Business Woman of the Year in 2016 and was featured in a regional publication for her commitment to the Native American foster care system.
