With over 25 years of experience in diplomacy, communication, and labor, Roberta Mather has successfully built and led organizations from the ground up. She has served in numerous roles at an international level, including Senior Advisor for Employee Communication to former Secretaries of State, Deputy Director for a global publishing organization, and Chief Communication Officer. A trailblazer, Roberta became the first deaf individual to participate in the Aspen Institute’s Socrates Seminar. Passionate about the community, Mather actively volunteers for non-profits, specializing in hosting events with a "Touch of Joie," creating meaningful connections that emphasize warmth and empowerment.
