About
Thomas Means is the energetic Chief Financial Officer of CSD and a former Big 4 auditor. He manages CSD’s Finance Division and contributes to cross-organizational projects in Technology and Human Capital. He serves on various committees and boards, including most recently the Deaf Action Center (DAC). In 2015, he transitioned from EY (formerly Ernst & Young) as an Assurance Senior Manager, taking a leap of faith into a nonprofit whose mission aligns with his values. A native Texan, Thomas holds a BBA and MPA from the University of Texas at Austin.
