Our Programs

We provide comprehensive communication accessibility solutions for the 11 million deaf and hard of hearing consumers in the U.S. and beyond. Our services include Direct Video Calling, Video Remote Interpreting, certified interpreting, captioning, and CART, ensuring culturally competent, ASL-fluent support in any setting. With exclusive access to the iTRS database, we help organizations deliver inclusive, high-quality interactions while empowering individuals through full accessibility.

We commit to advancing fair opportunity through strategic investments in businesses and meaningful partnerships, building a future where unbiased access thrives, one investment at a time.

We offer accessible instructional design and educational resources featuring deaf adults in diverse careers, created by our team of deaf and hard of hearing educators and role models, for people of all ages.

We partner with vocational rehabilitation teams to ensure the success of deaf and hard of hearing employees by providing services and resources for employment preparation, job placement, and retention.

We break healthcare obstacles, empowering deaf communities to navigate the system with fairness and autonomy, because health is a fundamental human right.

We support deaf-run organizations with unrestricted grants and resources, empowering them to address the unique needs of deaf and hard of hearing communities. Through trust-based philanthropy and community-led decisions, we promote accessibility, fairness, and empowerment.

We connect people with expert contractors from deaf and hard of hearing communities, supporting and empowering their professional growth and financial independence.

We offer TK202, a 15-week hybrid culinary program, to help deaf and hard of hearing students gain the skills and confidence needed to enter the food service industry through access to education, skills-building, and future career opportunities.

We enable communication for millions by connecting deaf and hearing callers through accessible customer service solutions, with agents who type, voice, and re-voice phone calls, making conversations possible.
